BIM–it, the BIM Collaboration Cloud, is an experimental, cloud based service for collaborative planning and coordination of projects with the usage of state of the art technology.
- Phase driven project development with consolidating phases in which different stakeholders are able to coordinate their planning efforts, find errors and test different models for compliance.
- Error tracking, from recognizing them to suggesting solutions to the final solving. Communication happens directly on the model in text and visual form.
- Integrated 3D viewer for digital building models, based on IFC exchange files.
- Automated geometric checking of models, for example to find clashes between different domains.
